Why my shipment does not move?
It doesn't mean your order has not been shipped out. We ship out all of the orders in 1-2 business days. This situation may happen because of the high volume of shipments sent through USPS, DHL and UPS during holiday season. Please contact us if they lost your package, or you haven't received your order in 14 days for US order.
If the tracking shows delivered but the orders are not in your mailbox or it has been a few days but still no update on the tracking, please notify us to solve this issue and make sure you will get the package.

You may return any Musingspace products within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price.
Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund.

Returned products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging.
Do I pay for shipping on returns?
Musingspace does not provide return shipping labels for returns. (Unless Manufacturing Problem)
All returns originating from outside of the United States must be returned using an international mail method servicing Chicago, Illinois. USA
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used and are generally issued within 3 - 5 business days of receiving all returned items. Depending on which bank the customer belongs to, they may require additional processing time to reflect the refund to your account.
Warranty and Defective Returns:
Our warranty covers defective or malfunctioning products, and products that were damaged during shipping. If you have been issued one of these products, we may request you return the defective part to us. In these cases, Musingspace will pay for the return shipping labels.
Musingspace has a 90 days warranty for all our products. The warranty starts on the date of original purchase, and ends 90 days after the date of original purchase—even if it was replaced during that warranty period.
If a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning, Musingspace requires photo documentation and order confirmation to expedite the warranty process.
Our warranty does not cover misuse—or general wear and tear—of Musingspace products; all products are for their intended purposes only.
Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased *damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.
